JUMP INTO JOURNALISM for high school girls
Minorities Journalism Workshop at Monmouth University will be held July 2 - 14, 2006 in West Long Branch. NJ. This is a 2 week residential program on Monmouth's campus to introduce girls to the world of journalism. It's FREE! TechXploration - a month long technology camp for high school freshman girls
Middlesex Count College (MCC) is offering a 4 week summer camp for girls about to enter their sophomore year. Teen girls will design, develop, and construct a working model of a fairground ride, visit a theme park to better understand how amusement park rides work and learn from female mentors working in engineering. They will also practice karate as part of the program. This FREE camp is organized by the National Center for Advanced Technological Education.
